Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth by meeting activity goals for quotes and orders. You will identify new opportunities, coordinate with our Construction Division crews, and maintain precise customer records.

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with uncapped commission. Top reps earn well over six figures, supported by a strong 401K, pension plan and comprehensive medical benefits, plus the option to work from a home office when not

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce and ZoomInfo; MS 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls meeting activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee installation site coordination with installation crews and Construction Division.
