Job summary

Stonhard is expanding its Outside Sales team in the Atlanta area. You will drive B2B sales growth by meeting activity targets for quotes and orders, identify new business opportunities, and maintain detailed customer records in the CRM.

You will coordinate with installation crews and the Construction Division, with occasional weekend/holiday work as needed. The role offers uncapped earnings with a base range of $70,000–$90,000, plus commissions and expenses, plus robust benefits and the

Qualifications

Two or more years of related B2B sales experience in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation and planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment.
CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls and meet/exceed activity targets for quotes and orders.
Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
Coordinate installation site activities with the Construction Division and field crews, including weekend/holiday work as needed.
