Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced sales professional for a remote role based in Greater Dallas/Fort Worth. You will drive revenue in railing materials, leverage existing partnerships, and acquire new accounts.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, acting as a product and market expert, and coordinating with inside sales and product teams. Travel up to 50% and participate in events to grow brand presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales experience in railing or building materials.
• Degree in marketing/business or related field preferred.
• Ability to design, quote, and price custom railing projects.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets in the territory.
• Operate as product/industry/brand expert with prospects and customers.
• Grow the market by managing existing accounts and acquiring new dealers.
• Travel within the territory up to 50% to target new customers.
• Attend customer events and tradeshows to build brand awareness.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and collaborate on order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with product teams on rollout and pricing strategies.
