Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable railing materials revenue across the Greater Houston market. This remote role allows you to manage a large dealer/contractor base while traveling within the territory to grow and strengthen partnerships.

You will apply consultative sales, pricing, and product knowledge to win new accounts and expand existing ones, supported by an inside sales team and product groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales experience in railing or building materials.
• Able to design, quote, and price custom railing projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets in the assigned territory.
• Serve as product/industry expert to develop business in each marketplace.
• Grow through existing accounts and new dealer/contractor acquisitions.
• Travel within territory up to 50% to acquire customers and develop markets.
• Collaborate with inside sales for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
