Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Memphis, TN area. This remote territory role requires traveling to meet contractors, engineers and owners, to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will learn the product line, develop business plans with regional managers, manage project pursuits from inception to commissioning, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan with opportunity mapping and sales goals.
• Lead the pursuit of projects from design through final commissioning and post-sale follow-up.
• Educate customers on Victaulic products and competitive alternatives to overcome objections.
• Travel within the territory to visit job sites, customers and distributors to maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, pricing and timely delivery.
