Job summary

Victaulic is expanding its outside sales team and seeking a Territory Manager in the United States. The role emphasizes learning products, building strong customer relationships, and managing opportunities from inquiry through project completion.

You will travel to sites and meetings, interact with contractors, engineers, and owners, and partner with distributors to ensure customer success. Excellent training programs accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience selling 'value added' products/services; preferably related to commercial construction or PVF/mechanical products.
• History of developing and nurturing long-standing relationships.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision and traveling as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic products and learn how to provide solutions to customers.
• Develop a business plan with opportunity mapping, goals, and product promotions.
• Lead project pursuit from inception through design, bidding, and commissioning.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners; coordinate with distributors and internal teams.
