Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in defined markets. You will manage relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners, promote Victaulic’s grooved mechanical joining solutions, and coordinate with distributors to maximize opportunities.

The role requires travel and a strong commercial/sales background. Remote-friendly position with a focus on building a robust, territory-based sales plan and delivering on revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with value-added products/services in construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s product line and understand how solutions aid projects.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners in your territory.
• Develop business plans with sales leadership and drive end-to-end project pursuit.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to meet customer needs.
