Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Memphis, TN area. This remote role focuses on growing sales by developing business plans, pursuing projects, and building lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and building owners.

You will coordinate with distributors and internal teams to deliver engineered piping solutions. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience in construction or PVF/mechanical products, strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior sales experience in construction, PVF or mechanical products is beneficial.
• Strong relationship building with contractors, engineers and owners.
• Willingness to travel overnight; field-based role requiring mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers and project owners.
• Partner with distributors and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Lead pursuit of projects from inception to final commissioning and after-sale follow-up.
• Travel to customer sites, attend meetings and present product solutions.
