Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth across construction, industrial, and commercial markets. Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with uncapped earnings and strong performance incentives.

You'll manage home-office work when not in the field, maintain CRM records in Salesforce, and coordinate with installation crews to ensure project success. A minimum of two years of B2B sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and planning.
• Ability to work self-directed in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and MS 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls meeting quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Oversee installation-site coordination with crews including some weekend/holiday work.
