Stonhard is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to grow B2B sales in construction and industrial markets. You will drive client engagements, manage opportunities, and coordinate installations, leveraging Salesforce and ZoomInfo to track progress.

We offer substantial earning potential with a base, uncapped commissions, and a path to six-figure or higher earnings for top performers. Remote-friendly, with field activity across the US.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in B2B sales with construction/industrial focus.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and planning.
• Self-directed, adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Drive B2B sales growth by in-person calls and meeting activity goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details, and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation sites with crews on project management tasks.
