Stonhard is seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Rep to drive B2B growth in the construction/industrial sector. The role offers a base compensation range of $70,000-$90,000 with uncapped commissions and outstanding earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews.
