Job summary

Hourly is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business for our payroll and Workers' Compensation solutions within SMBs across the U.S. You will own your pipeline, close deals, and create long-term residual income in a true hunter role.

You’ll prospect, qualify, and close 4+ new SMB accounts monthly, while building referral partnerships with CPAs and financial advisors. Remote role with autonomy and strong sales enablement support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience.
• Proven ability to hunt new logos and generate outbound pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to plan and execute in a territory.
• Experience with modern CRM tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity and referrals.
• Close new business; target 4+ new SMB accounts per month.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and payroll setup.
• Build referral partnerships with CPAs, brokers, and financial advisors.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure onboarding and retention.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
