You will develop strategic plans, qualify opportunities, and manage the complete sales cycle with manufacturing, engineering, and research customers. The role requires 3-5+ years in outside sales of technical capital equipment, strong technical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of outside sales experience selling technical capital equipment or related technologies.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory and driving growth.
• Experience with manufacturing, engineering, quality, or research organizations.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex products and value propositions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the territory.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the territory.
• Build and expand relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and application-focused discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and support teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Maintain forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM data.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings as needed.
