Jergens, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Eastern Territory. This role offers remote work with travel across a broad regional footprint and a base salary of $90K–$120K plus quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or sales.
• Knowledge of workholding equipment and market.
• 5+ years of 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred).
• 5+ years of fixture design experience for milling machines preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Has developed and implemented an effective sales strategy.
