Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a remote Sales professional for the Northern California market. You will drive revenue for railing materials by leveraging Oldcastle RDI products and partnerships, targeting both existing accounts and new dealer/contractor opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales, knowledge of railing/building materials, and ability to travel up to 50% within Northern California. Competitive base pay plus bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience; preferably in railing or building-materials.
• Ability to design, quote and price custom fence/railing projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the territory.
• Serve as product/industry/brand expert to develop business in each marketplace.
• Grow the market by managing existing accounts and adding new dealers and contractors.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory to acquire new customers and expand markets.
• Attend customer events, tradeshows, and other events to build brand awareness.
• Maintain a active sales pipeline for opportunities and goals.
• Collaborate with inside sales for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Work with product teams on new rolls out and pricing strategies.
