Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive railing materials revenue in the Nashville/Knoxville markets. This remote role focuses on growing revenue through existing partnerships and new dealer/contractor accounts using Oldcastle RDI products.

The role requires up to 50% travel, market development across territory, and collaboration with inside sales and product teams on pricing and rollouts. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years B2B sales; preferably in railing or building-materials.
• Knowledge or ability to help customers design, quote and price custom railing projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the territory.
• Develop business with existing accounts and new dealer/contractor partners.
• Travel within the territory to acquire customers and expand markets.
• Attend customer events and tradeshows to build brand awareness.
• Provide product presentations and pricing guidance for railing projects.
• Coordinate with inside sales on orders and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product teams on product rollouts and pricing strategy.
