Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a professional sales specialist to drive revenue for railing materials in the Greater Seattle market. This is a remote role based in the Seattle area, requiring travel within the territory to acquire new customers and support existing accounts.

You will work with customers to design and price custom railing projects, develop partnerships, attend events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years B2B sales in railing/building materials preferred.
• Ability to design, quote, and price custom fence/railing projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within territory.
• Consultatively engage prospects to develop business in each marketplace.
• Grow market by managing existing accounts and adding new dealers/contractors.
• Travel within territory to target new customers and markets.
• Attend customer events and tradeshows to build brand awareness.
• Maintain active sales pipeline for opportunities and growth.
• Collaborate with inside sales for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with product teams on new products and pricing strategies.
