Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue of railing materials across a designated market. The role supports existing partnerships and acquires new dealer and contractor business while leveraging Oldcastle RDI products and strategies.

The position is remote and based in Nashville, TN or Knoxville, TN with up to 50% travel within the territory to meet customers, attend events, and grow market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales; preferably in railing or another building-materials industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the territory.
• Serve as product/industry/brand expert to develop business with prospects and customers.
• Grow the marketplace by managing existing accounts and adding new dealers and contractors.
• Travel within the territory up to 50% to acquire new customers and develop markets.
• Attend customer events and tradeshows to build brand/product awareness.
• Create market demand through daily presentations to contractors.
• Maintain active sales pipeline for opportunities to sell more or new products.
• Collaborate with inside sales on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product teams on rollout and pricing strategies.
