Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive growth through in-person client visits and proactive opportunity identification. You will manage quotes, orders, and accounts with a focus on closing deals and delivering value to customers.

The role requires strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to coordinate installation activities with field crews. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meet activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation site activities with the Construction Division and crews.
