Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Construction Equipment, remotely positioned with the West region while based near Little Rock, Arkansas. You will lead dealer engagements, drive whole goods and attachments sales, and coordinate with the territory team on events and promotions.

The role requires strong relationship building, deep understanding of Deere and dealer business, and proven ability to meet sales and margin targets while traveling up to 75% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/off-road equipment industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealer/customer relationships.
• Ability to understand Deere and dealer business for strategic/tactical conversations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business lead with dealers to engage customers and drive sales of whole goods and attachments.
• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive solutions.
• Act as lead in the territory to implement strategic initiatives with dealers.
• Drive achievement of incoming and gross margin goals across sales targets.
• Organize and execute input, production, and sales process training with dealers.
• Coordinate dealer use of product consultations and training resources.
