John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Construction Equipment in the Colorado Springs region. You will lead dealer relationships to drive sales of compact machines and attachments, coordinating with the territory team and supporting local events and associations.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a strong background in construction equipment sales, with a focus on delivering strategic dealer/customer value. Remote work is available for onboarding and training phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction/off-road equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand Deere and dealer business and apply concepts to discussions.
• Creative thinker with ability to identify issues and solve problems.
• Strong time management, prioritization and planning capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive solutions.
• Act as lead within the territory to implement strategic initiatives with dealers.
• Drive achievement of sales and gross margin goals across targets.
• Organize dealer input, training, and sales processes.
• Coordinate dealer use of product consultations and sales training resources.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to work with dealers and visit customers.
