Job summary

AOCUSA is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across multi-state lubricant distribution networks. This remote role reports to the National Sales Manager and emphasizes expanding distributor relationships, increasing sales, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will travel up to 75% within the territory, manage pricing, and ensure accurate CRM updates while supporting strategic travel planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in the traditional lubricant distribution market.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new accounts within the multi-state territory.
• Engage with customers to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain deep market knowledge and industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales data to customers and leadership; update CRM daily.
• Secure orders while managing delivery dates and inventory.
