Job summary

CropX is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Great Plains region, with remote work options. The role focuses on building and supporting a dealer network across Western Nebraska, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Western Montana, and Idaho.

You’ll report to the VP of North America Sales and must reside in a listed state. You’ll drive territory growth by meeting sales goals, manage a weekly sales funnel, onboard and train dealers, and collaborate with Customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
• Experience with developing and executing dealer strategy – including establishing, training and managing dealer partners in equipment and subscription sales.
• Independent thinking with good judgement and a track record of problem-solving.
• Farming knowledge and/or agronomic experience.
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal, in both 1-1 and group settings.
• Ability to understand customer needs from business and technical perspectives.
• Comfort with technology and demonstrations of software products; Salesforce.com or CRM tools a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%+ with seasonal spikes.
• Experience selling Ag Tech within this territory is an advantage.
• Experience in managing sales team members is an advantage.
• Must reside in one of the US States listed.
