Job summary

Chadwell Supply is looking for an enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to join our family-owned maintenance supply team. This is a fully remote, full-time role focused on presenting and selling Chadwell products to current and new customers while building strong relationships.

You will travel as needed with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, developing quotes and proposals and supporting collections when necessary. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Chadwell Supply products and services to current and potential customers.
• Distributes sales and marketing materials including catalogs, flyers, brochures and cut sheets.
• Develops presentations, quotes and proposals for customers and groups as needed.
• Establishes, develops and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates alike.
• Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
• Prepares and follows daily, weekly and monthly call schedules.
• Identifies sales prospects and contacts accounts as assigned in a prioritized manner.
• Troubleshoots customer issues using company-approved methods and guidelines.
• Assists Accounts Receivable in collection of past due monies as directed by management.
• Gathers strategic market information to promote sales penetration and improve customer relations.
• Uses company sales reports to support and grow sales.
• Provides on-the-job training for new and current associates.
