Job summary

Chadwell Supply is a family-owned maintenance supplier with 30 branches nationwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales across the region.

You will present products, support customers, and develop strong relationships with decision-makers while traveling to meet clients. The role offers a fully remote, full-time schedule with Monday–Friday workdays, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers and coworkers.
• Vehicle capable of significant travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Chadwell Supply products and services to current and potential customers.
• Distribute sales and marketing materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures and cut sheets.
• Develop presentations, quotes and proposals for individual customers as needed.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects daily.
• Prepare and follow daily, weekly and monthly call schedules.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts as assigned.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using company-approved methods.
• Assist Accounts Receivable in collecting past-due monies as needed.
• Gather information to promote sales penetration and improve customer relations.
• Utilize company sale reports to support sales growth.
• Provide on-the-job training for new or current associates.
