Job summary

Chadwell Supply, a 30-branch nationwide maintenance supplier, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager. This full-time, fully remote role focuses on presenting and selling products to customers, distributing marketing materials, and developing quotes and proposals.

You will travel to multiple accounts daily, schedule calls, and build strategic relationships with decision-makers. Basic sales training and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Chadwell Supply products to current and potential customers.
• Distributes sales materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures and cut sheets.
• Develops basic presentations, quotes and proposals for customers and groups.
• Builds professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates.
• Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects daily.
• Prepares and follows daily, weekly and monthly call schedule.
• Identifies sales prospects and contacts accounts as assigned.
• Troubleshoots customer issues using company guidelines.
• Supports Accounts Receivable in collecting past due monies as needed.
• Gathers market information to improve sales penetration and customer relations.
• Uses company sale reports to drive sales growth and expansion.
• Provides on-the-job training for new or current associates.
