Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Territory Sales Manager to join our growing, family-oriented team. This remote, full-time role focuses on presenting Chadwell products and services to current and new customers while maintaining strong relationships.

Ideal candidates are 18+, proficient in Outlook/Excel/Word, and able to travel with a valid license. The position offers comprehensive benefits and long-term career opportunities across 30 branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers and coworkers.
• You must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
• You must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Chadwell Supply products and services to current and potential customers.
• Distributes sales and marketing materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures and cut sheets.
• Develops presentations, quotes and proposals for individual customers and groups.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates.
• Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
• Prepares and follows daily, weekly and monthly call schedule.
• Identifies sales prospects and contacts accounts as assigned.
• Troubleshoots customer issues using company methods and guidelines.
• Supports Accounts Receivable in collecting past-due monies as directed.
• Gathers information to promote greater sales penetration and improve customer relations.
• Utilizes company sale reports to support growth and penetration.
• Provides on-the-job training for new or current associates.
