Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supplier seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a national footprint. You will present products, develop quotes, and build relationships with customer decision-makers to close deals.

The ideal candidate is proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, has strong communication skills, and can travel as needed. This remote, full-time position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Chadwell Supply products to current and potential customers.
• Distributes sales materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures, and cut sheets.
• Develops presentations, quotes and proposals for individual customers and groups.
• Builds and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates.
• Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects daily.
• Maintains daily, weekly and monthly call schedules.
• Identifies prospects and contacts assigned accounts in a prioritized manner.
• Troubleshoots customer issues using company guidelines.
• Supports Accounts Receivable in collection efforts as needed.
• Gathers market data to promote sales penetration and growth.
• Utilizes sales reports to capture and expand growth.
• Provides on-the-job training for new or current associates.
