Chervon North America Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a defined hardware channel territory. You will lead revenue growth, build dealer relationships with Ace retailers, and execute growth plans across multi-store groups.

The role demands a hunter mentality, strong negotiation, and the ability to manage a territory end-to-end, including planning, forecasting and in-store execution. Travel 60-70% within the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Territory Manager or similar in retail.
• Outdoor power equipment/power tool experience a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and customer-focused skills.

• Own and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop territory growth plans to expand revenue and market share.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard new dealers and multi-store groups.
