• Proven sales track record in retail / hardware channels.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets within a defined territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow Ace retailers, dealers, and multi-store groups.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and district managers.
• Lead in-store execution, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to sales leadership and marketing.
