Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a defined hardware territory in the Boston area.

You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with Ace retailers and dealers. The role requires a hunter mindset, business acumen, and the ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision while delivering profitable growth for Chervon and its brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Territory Manager or similar role in a retail environment; outdoor power equipment/power tool experience a plus.
• Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets within an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard new dealers and multi-store organizations.
• Build strategic relationships with Ace retailers, dealer owners, and key decision-makers.
• Lead business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and develop growth plans.
• Influence assortment decisions, promotions, and in-store execution strategies.
