Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a defined geographic region within the Hardware Channel in Minneapolis.

You will lead revenue growth, expand market share, and develop dealer relationships across Ace retailers and multi-store groups. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive profitable growth through strategic territory plans, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.

• Own and deliver sales targets within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to raise revenue and market share.
• Prospect and onboard new dealers and multi-store groups.
• Build strategic relationships with Ace retailers and decision-makers.
• Lead business reviews with customers to plan growth.
• Influence assortment, promotions, and retail execution.
• Partner with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams for in-store support.
• Analyze market conditions and territory performance for growth.
• Maintain territory profitability through planning and forecasting.

• Attend dealer meetings and industry events to build relationships.
