Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in retail or hardware channels.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build strategic relationships.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new dealers and multi-store organizations.
• Build relationships with Ace retailers, dealer owners, district managers, and buying groups.
• Lead business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize in-store execution.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to sales leadership and product teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for long-term territory growth.
