ST Engineering North America is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales across the Baltimore/Washington corridor. You will own the territory, drive new business, and hit quotas through direct and channel sales while delivering superior customer success.

You will prospect, negotiate, and close deals with executive stakeholders, partnering with engineering and service teams to ensure the best customer experience. Domestic travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years outside sales experience with prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
• Proven track record in new business development and customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales and margin within assigned region for Kidron products.
• Prospect new business by identifying key decisionmakers and influencers within the territory.
• Manage sales and opportunity pipeline including revenue, probability, sales strategy, and key decisionmakers.
• Educate prospects and customers on features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
