Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in Urology and pharmaceutical launches; knowledge of market access/formulary positioning.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share.
• Establish deep, meaningful relationships with customers based on clinical and market expertise.
• Close new business in both new and existing accounts prioritized on market potential.
• Provide clinical insights, plan resources, and work compliantly to support sales goals.
• Travel throughout the territory; overnight stays may be required, including weekends.
