Sumitomo Pharma America (SMPA) is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to represent the company across assigned accounts in the U.S. This role emphasizes building deep clinical and market insights, expanding market share, and delivering on sales objectives with integrity.

You will travel 60–80% of time, develop key relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and formulary positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area with two or more years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of top-ranked sales performance in pharmaceutical settings.
• Experience working within Urology and with pharmaceutical launches.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep and meaningful business relationships with clinicians and accounts.
• Increase market share by closing new business in priority accounts.
• Support sales results with clinical expertise, market dynamics, and compliant practices.
• Assess and analyze product/competitor trends and provide insights for strategy.
• Travel is required throughout the territory, with overnight stays as needed.
