Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty. You will be the face of SMPA to customers across the territory, driving sales objectives and expanding market share in oncology, urology, women's health, rare diseases, and CNS.

This full-time role requires 60–80% travel, overnight stays, and strong clinical expertise. A bachelor’s in business/marketing with pharma sales experience is preferred; you will build relationships, analyze trends, and ensure compliant use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area with two+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven, top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationwide).
• Experience in Urology and with a pharmaceutical launch.
• Knowledge of formulary positioning and market access strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep relationships based on clinical and market dynamics.
• Increase market share by closing new business in key accounts.
• Provide clinical expertise and compliant resource utilization.
• Travel throughout the territory with possible overnight stays.
