Job summary

CRH, via Oldcastle APG, seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue of railing materials in the Greater Chicago market. This remote-friendly role focuses on growing revenue through existing partnerships and new account acquisition.

You will travel up to 50% within the territory, present solutions to contractors, collaborate with inside sales for order fulfillment, and support pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience; preferably in railing or building-materials industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge to design, quote, and price custom railing projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Travel up to 50% allowed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the territory.
• Act as product/industry expert to develop business with prospects and customers.
• Grow the marketplace by managing existing accounts and adding dealers/contractors.
• Travel within the territory to acquire new customers and markets.
• Attend customer events and tradeshow activities to raise brand awareness.
• Present product solutions to contractors to create demand.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline for opportunities and new business.
• Collaborate with inside sales on order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Work with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
