Job summary

CRH plc's Oldcastle unit is seeking a professional sales specialist to drive revenue for railing materials in the Nashville and Knoxville markets. This is a remote role requiring proximity to the TN market and travel within the territory.

You will build long-term customer relationships, present tailored railing solutions, and collaborate with inside sales and product teams to ensure competitive pricing and profitable growth across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in railing or building materials.
• Ability to design, quote and price custom railing projects for customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets in the territory.
• Serve as product, industry and brand expert for prospects and customers.
• Grow revenue by managing existing accounts and adding new dealers/contractors.
• Travel within the territory to target and acquire customers.
• Attend customer events and tradeshows to raise brand awareness.
• Present product solutions to contractors to create demand.
• Maintain active sales pipeline for opportunities to sell more or new products.
• Collaborate with inside sales for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Work with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
