Job summary

CRH, a leading building solutions provider, is seeking a remote Regional Sales professional based in the Greater Seattle market to drive railing material revenue and grow the customer base through existing partnerships and new accounts.

You will travel up to 50% within the territory, collaborate with inside sales and product teams, and attend events to build brand awareness while pursuing profitable opportunities. Base pay ranges $80k–$95k with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years B2B sales; preferably in railing or another building-materials industry.
• Knowledge or ability to design, quote and price custom railing projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 50% within the territory.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Act as product, industry and brand expert to develop business within marketplaces.
• Grow marketplace by managing existing accounts and adding new dealer/contractor business.
• Travel within territory to target new customers and expand markets.
• Attend customer events and tradeshows to build brand/product awareness.
• Develop market demand through daily presentations to contractors.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and collaborate with inside sales for orders.
• Work with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
