Job summary

CRH plc in the United States is seeking a sales professional to drive profitable revenue of railing materials in a defined market. You will service existing partnerships and grow revenue through new account acquisition using Oldcastle RDI products and strategies.

This remote role requires presence in Nashville or Knoxville, TN, and up to 50% travel to cover the territory, attend events, present to contractors, and collaborate with inside sales and product teams to ensure competitive pricing and

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in railing or building materials preferred.
• Ability to design, quote and price custom railing projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets in the territory.
• Engage prospects with consultative selling as product/brand expert.
• Grow accounts and acquire new dealers and contractors.
• Travel up to 50% to target markets and events.
