North American Slate, the American subsidiary of Rathscheck Schiefer, is hiring for a sales role in the Southeastern region. The successful candidate will prospect, negotiate, and manage the full sales cycle, traveling up to 50% of the time to engage with contractors, architects, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes relationship building, targeted account management, and accurate forecasting to meet sales targets. A bachelors degree and construction-related outside sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect new customers to build lasting relationships.
• Meet contractors, suppliers, and architects and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close.
• Provide leadership with accurate sales and project oversight reports.
• Forecast and monitor pipeline projects to hit sales targets.
• Manage leads in territory and coordinate logistics and samples.
• Estimate, quote, and analyze costs to competitively sell slate products.
• Perform ongoing account management including post-sale service.
