North American Slate, the American subsidiary of Rathscheck Schiefer, is seeking a driven outside sales professional for the Southeastern region. You will identify new customers, meet with contractors and architects, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

The role requires negotiation skills, relationship building, and travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree and three years of outside sales experience are preferred, with local candidates in GA, NC, SC, VA, and TN.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Three years of outside sales experience required, preferably in construction-related industries.
• This role requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Identify and prospect new customers and build lasting partnerships.
• Meet contractors, suppliers, and architects and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage the full sales life cycle from prospecting to deal close.
• Provide consistent leadership reporting on sales and project oversight.
• Forecast and monitor pipeline projects to hit sales targets.
• Manage leads, send information/samples, and coordinate logistics.
