North American Slate, the American subsidiary of Rathscheck Schiefer, seeks a seasoned outside sales professional to grow the regional footprint in the Southeastern US. You will identify prospects, build partnerships with contractors and architects, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Travel approximately 50% is required as you meet clients and present slate products. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in construction-related industries,

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Travel 50% required, extensive in-field meetings with contractors, suppliers and architects.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect new customers and build lasting partnerships.
• Meet contractors, suppliers and architects; negotiate pricing and terms within framework.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close.
• Provide regular reporting on sales and project oversight to leadership.
• Forecast and monitor pipeline to reach sales targets.
• Lead generation, qualification, product presentation, negotiation and post-sale account management.
