Job summary

SymphonicHCM is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to drive growth across Illinois and Indiana. You will educate clinicians and procurement teams on our medical compression product lines, develop new relationships, and expand existing accounts through consultative selling.

This remote role requires strong self-motivation, a proven track record in field sales, and the ability to manage a diverse set of customers while traveling at least half the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong track record in consultative sales and account management.
• Proven ability to educate clients on product lines and influence purchasing decisions.
• Experience with healthcare or medical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Illinois/Indiana territory.
• Develop new business and reactivate accounts through consultative selling.
• Educate physicians, therapists, RNs, and other medical professionals on product benefits.
• Travel to client sites across territory, maintaining CRM updates with activities and metrics.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and expand portfolio of accounts.
• Build relationships with durable medical equipment owners and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecast opportunities.
