Job summary

Essity is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist for Compression to drive JOBST products across Michigan and Ohio. This remote role requires travel, strong prospecting, and the ability to build relationships with DME/HME facilities and clinics.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales experience with CRM familiarity, excellent communication, and a drive to exceed objectives. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of sales experience, medical preferred, with prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify key opportunities in the territory.
• Increase sales volume by executing sales plans and marketing programs.
• Present product information and train customers on therapy options.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM activity, and pipeline records.
• Travel as needed up to 50% to cover Michigan and Ohio territories.
