Job summary

Essity is hiring a Territory Sales Specialist - Compression to drive sales of JOBST compression products across Michigan and Ohio. This remote role covers the territory with travel up to 50%, requiring you to develop strategies and execute programs with clinics and DME/HME facilities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of medical sales experience, strong communication, and CRM skills. A four-year degree is preferred; travel and performance incentives are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university degree preferred.
• Two to three years of sales experience, medical preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy to maximize sales and meet objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities within the territory.
• Grow revenue by executing sales plans and programs.
• Coordinate training for customers on Essity products.
• Present at industry events and manage trade shows as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast territory activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to represent Essity.
