Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to drive production and profitability across Human Services and Nonprofit accounts. The role collaborates with agencies to win new business, manage pricing, and deliver tailored coverage solutions.

The position requires underwriting expertise, a proven sales mindset, and willingness to travel for agency visits within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Remote-based with ETZ alignment.

Qualifications

Multi-line commercial underwriting experience, including underwriting authority.
Human Services and Nonprofit industry-specific experience.
Strong business development skills with a production & agency management orientation.

Responsibilities

Markets Nationwide products and services to drive agency and company results.
Lead and influence agencies by creating sales strategies and implementing sales processes.
Develop and implement business plans with agencies to increase profit, premium and retention.
Travel as required to meet with agencies and partners; manage territory performance.
