Nationwide is seeking a remote Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to lead commercial lines for Human Services and Nonprofit accounts across New England. You will build agency partnerships, drive sales strategies, and manage underwriting with authority while meeting growth and profitability goals.

Regular travel to agency partners is expected, with a remote-based position in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Underwriting experience with authority for multi-line commercial accounts.
• Experience in Human Services and Nonprofit sectors.
• Strong business development and agency management orientation.

Responsabilités

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premiums by developing and negotiating business plans.
• Lead agencies with sales strategies to win new business and retain clients.
