Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to lead commercial underwriting and sales within the Human Services and Nonprofit sector. This remote role requires frequent travel to agency partners across the New England territory and possibly adjacent states.

You will market NN products, manage select agency relationships, and drive profitability and growth. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in underwriting and sales, with human services/nonprofit sector experience

Qualifications

• Multi-line commercial insurance underwriting experience, including underwriting authority.
• Human Services and Nonprofit industry-specific experience.
• Strong business development skills with an agency management orientation.
• Seven years of progressively responsible underwriting and sales experience in commercial lines.

Responsabilités

• Markets Nationwide products and services to drive agency results and profitability.
• Develops and executes business plans with agencies and brokers.
• Underwrites complex commercial policies and endorsements, prioritizing risk and profitability.
• Leads agency visits, builds relationships, and expands shelf space.
• Collaborates with internal partners to support Nationwide presence and strategy.
• Provides guidance on risk management, pricing, and coverage options.
